With decades of combined experience in personal injury representation, the award-winning attorneys at the Law Brothers® firm help victims of Wingz accidents get maximum compensation for their injuries. We serve cases statewide, from San Diego to San Francisco.
Our firm operates on a contingency fee basis. This means we never demand payment upfront. At the end of the case, we take a fair percentage of the settlement or verdict as attorneys’ fees—and that is only if we win. If you lose your case, you don’t pay a cent. That is our ironclad guarantee.
Why do you need professional legal representation? Because the insurance company is not on your side; in fact, they hire experts to devalue claims like yours. Only with an experienced attorney at your side will you have enough leverage in negotiations to reach an optimal case outcome.

How Wingz Works
Founded in 2011, Wingz is a peer-to-peer transportation network company that operates in 30 major U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, and the San Francisco Bay Area, as a personal car service with a focus on scheduled rides. They distinguish themselves from long-established transportation titans like Uber and Lyft by emphasizing an ethos of personalization and rider safety (according to them).
Wingz offers users the ability to book rides from two hours to up to one year in advance, request special amenities, build a list of favorite drivers who are prioritized for every ride request, and more. The company also never charges surge prices, no matter how low the supply or high the demand may be.
In addition to these services, Wings boasts a fleet of vehicles no older than five years, a meticulous vetting process of drivers, and a zero-tolerance policy towards drug and alcohol use.
Wingz Insurance Policy Explained
Wingz may state that their riders are completely safe because it is in their business interests to do so; however, the fact remains that Wingz vehicles are not totally immune from accidents due to bad drivers, whether they’re operating for Wingz or outside of it. So, the question remains, when a Wingz passenger is injured in an accident, who covers the damages?
According to their Terms of Use, Wingz provides active Drivers with excess automobile liability insurance up to $1,000,000 per occurrence. This means if the at-fault party does not have adequate insurance to cover the victim’s injuries, Wingz will supplement whatever insurance is available with their own policy, as long as the accident happened in the course of the Driver’s duties.
In other words, as a Wingz accident victim, you are entitled to up to $1,000,000 in liability coverage in any of the following scenarios:
- The at-fault driver is uninsured/underinsured.
- You were injured in a Wingz accident as a passenger.
- You were injured in a Wingz accident as a driver while transporting a ride.
To determine whether you have a case for compensation after a Wingz accident, it is highly advised that you speak with an attorney.
