Sara is an associate at the Law Brothers® who is an integral part of the Law and Motion Department.
Sara earned a B.A. in English from California State University, Long Beach with a concentration in Creative Writing. After graduating, she began working at a personal injury law firm as a legal assistant. Within months, she mastered how to manage cases from open to close and was quickly promoted to case manager, where she was entrusted with overseeing hundreds of cases based on the quality of her work. This experience ignited her passion to pursue a career as a litigation attorney.
Subsequently, Sara received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where not only was she able to further her legal education, but also received hands-on experience representing clients at educational and disciplinary hearings as a Certified Legal Advocate at the Children’s Rights Clinic. Sara was recognized by Southwestern Law School for securing a monumental victory against the Los Angeles Unified School District for one of her clients who was appealing an expulsion under extremely disadvantageous circumstances. Through preparing due process complaints, compliance complaints, and appeal briefs for the Children’s Rights Clinic, Sara discovered her enthusiasm and aptitude for legal writing.
At the Law Brothers®, Sara is dedicated to advocating for her clients through effective motion practice and takes special care in drafting quality legal memoranda such as pre-trial and trial motions and oppositions, briefs, and ex parte applications.
