Jordan Winters, Esq.

Jordan Winters is an Attorney at the Law Brothers and has dedicated her career to representing injured plaintiffs in cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death.

Jordan grew up in a small coastal town in North Carolina and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Thereafter, she volunteered for the Miami-Dade Parks & Recreation working with children with disabilities and later entered into the medical field in Raliegh, North Carolina. Her desire to help others and interests in healthcare reform inspired her to attend law school.

Jordan earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law, with a focus in Health Law. She was also a member of the Women’s Law Forum and Sports Law & Entertainment Society.

In 2020, Jordan moved to New Mexico and has been proudly serving the community since. Driven by a deep sense of justice and compassion, Jordan works tirelessly to hold negligent parties accountable and to secure meaningful compensation for families who have suffered unimaginable harm. She understands the emotional toll these types of cases take on clients and approaches every matter with a blend of empathy, skill, and relentless advocacy.

Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys gardening, painting, participating in her local book club, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jordan is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, and is an active member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.
